I deleted the last post because after visiting the CDC site, I realized that I have been mis-informed (oddly enough, by hospital staff... anyway), so if any of you are curious or concerned about Necrotizing Fasciitis, you are welcome to check out their web site at... http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dbmd/diseaseinfo/groupastreptococcal_g.htm
I will, however stress that this was NOT caused by smoking. Both smokers and non smokers can contract Strep A and B. This infection was either caused by an abscessed tooth or by an abscessed tonsil.

Hi Dave,
This is Louisa. The LP dept. at Laura was very sad to hear about what happened to you. We all wish you a speedy recovery and my prayers are with you and your family.
p.s. Please ignore the last message I left on your answering machine about a package at my desk. : )

That's from Ellia! She also says "better soon!" "see you soon!" "be happy!" "I love you!" (I should've written them phonetically, but I never would've been able to do the toddler talk justice!)
Nothing too profound from the Turners, but we did want you to know that we are following your progress closely, and elated that things are going so much better now. We think about and pray for you and your family everyday and love you tons.
Always, Nathan and Rebecca
ps Ellia wanted to say "i love you" one more time before we're 'done', so there you go! :)
Thank-you for the information on Necrotizing Fasciitis. I check out the web site, great info.
I'm so happy to hear that things are going better! Home soon! He is lucky to have you, you are a great wife!
You are both in my prayers
Hang tight
Natasha
